Vice President

We are seeking an experienced future team member to join the Markets team as Vice President, Full Stack Engineer based in Pune. In this role you will design and maintain high-performance applications using Spring Framework (Backend) and Angular (Frontend).

• Lead technical implementation across the full stack ensuring security scalability and regulatory compliance.
• Build RESTful APIs for transaction processing position management and compliance workflows.
• Design optimize Oracle database schemas for high volume transaction processing.
• Develop Angular based UIs implementing multi threaded processing workflows with proper transaction management.
• Write unit integration tests using JUnit Mockito implement security best practices including API authentication data encryption and access control.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline configuration deployment processes monitor application performance troubleshoot production issues lead code reviews focusing on transaction integrity security and performance mentor junior developers on Spring Boot microservices architecture explore AI reasoning models to reduce development time write clear technical communication for documentation knowledge sharing maintain proactive learning mindset for emerging technologies including familiarity with AI based deep coding tools.

To be successful in this role we are seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
• 10 to 15 years of software development experience with a plus for securities or financial services industry background.
