Full Job Description
BNY Mellon is seeking an experienced Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join the T team in Pune, India. In this senior role based in Maharashtra, you will lead the implementation of scalable full-stack applications using Python, Java, React/Angular, and Airflow within a highly parallel compute environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications using Test Driven Development (TDD) with Spring Boot Microservices architecture
- Create dynamic front-end applications using React or Angular
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define features and deliver strategic data solutions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack while partnering with SMEs on requirements
- Execute the SDLC applying security, privacy, and QA best practices (including fixing SQL Injection/XSS/CSRF vulnerabilities)
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 10-14 years of software development experience required
- Deep expertise in Python, Parallel Computing, Spring Framework/Microservices, RESTful APIs
- Strong proficiency with DevOps principles, Agile methodologies, Docker/container orchestration
- Proven track record in unit testing frameworks and TDD practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
