Job Overview
As a leader in the Investor Data team, you will drive the team's growth, development of internal and external services, and mentor team leaders and members. This involves ensuring operational excellence, meticulous daily maintenance of datasets and content, and proactive collaboration on ad-hoc projects to enhance data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. People management is crucial for building a high-performing team. Close collaboration with Business Units is essential.

• Deliver comprehensive and individualized reporting on partner and internal member quality.
• Implement practices to enhance quality measurement and feedback processes.
• Lead daily team development, focusing on effective training, protocol adherence, and team motivation.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Data Governance units to align methodologies.
• Develop documentation for quality assessments and ensure visibility.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the dataset, supporting internal and external collaborators.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in data, financial data services, or alternative assets.
• Proven ability to build a function from the ground up.
• Skilled in crafting, building, managing projects, and reporting on quality holistically.
• Consistent track record in performance management and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in people and project management, including remote teams.
• Strong operational management skills in a data organization, with a keen eye for detail.
• Hands-on, motivational, and entrepreneurial leadership style.
• Strategic and critical thinking for quality process development and improvement.
• Experience with change management in quality and training.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience interacting with senior executives.
• Proficiency in English for business purposes.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• Familiarity with business intelligence systems such as Power BI/Metabase.
