Vice President

We are seeking a highly accomplished Vice President, AI / Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. This executive-level role requires a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline, coupled with over 12 years of relevant professional experience. You will leverage your strong foundation in mathematics, including linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization, to drive cutting-edge AI and machine learning initiatives. Proven analytical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must possess extensive hands-on experience with Python and PyTorch for building, training, and deploying advanced ML/DL models. A deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques is mandatory. Experience in model evaluation, tuning, and deployment within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is critical. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are required to effectively influence stakeholders and champion the adoption of AI/ML solutions across the organization.
