Vibe Coding Engineer

Lexsi Labs, a leading AI research lab focused on building aligned, interpretable, and safe AI systems including LLMs, agents, and structured-data model systems, is seeking a Vibe Coding Engineer. This role is crucial for rapidly designing and building high-quality prototype applications, customer demonstration applications, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that effectively showcase Lexsi’s core use cases. We value speed and engineering rigor, seeking individuals proficient with rapid-development platforms like Lovable and Emergent, who can translate ideas into working applications with strong engineering judgment and reliable implementation practices.

You will be responsible for creating end-use-case-specific applications for both internal and external contexts, including customer presentations, solution demos, enterprise workflows, internal product experiments, and fast product iteration loops. The objective is to deliver working applications that are credible, usable, extensible, and often near production-grade MVPs, rather than mere mockups.

What You’ll Do

• Develop fast, functional applications to demonstrate Lexsi’s core product and AI use cases during customer presentations and enterprise solution discussions.
• Leverage rapid app-development platforms such as Lovable and Emergent to accelerate prototype and MVP delivery.
• Build use-case-specific enterprise applications that illustrate the outcomes of Lexsi’s solutions within realistic business workflows.
• Rapidly prototype product ideas to facilitate fast product development iterations, internal validation, and customer feedback.
• Create both internal tools and external-facing applications emphasizing strong usability and functional reliability.
• Transform abstract product ideas, sales requirements, or workflow concepts into polished, working applications within short timeframes.
• Ensure rapid prototypes are built on robust engineering foundations, enabling successful MVPs to evolve into sustainable product paths.
• Contribute across frontend, backend, workflows, APIs, data integrations, and AI system integrations to deliver comprehensive experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to pinpoint high-value use cases and translate them into live applications.
• Utilize existing patterns, components, and architecture primitives to enhance prototype velocity while maintaining maintainability.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong engineering background with solid fundamentals in application development, backend systems, APIs, integrations, and product architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to build working applications quickly, moving beyond mockups or fragile demo code.
• Experience with modern rapid-development tooling such as Lovable, Emergent, low-code/AI-assisted build systems, or comparable fast prototyping stacks.
• Strong product acumen, with the capability to translate abstract use cases into practical product flows and believable end-user experiences.
• Solid conceptual grounding and engineering judgment, enabling informed decisions on balancing rapid development with clean, structured implementation.
• Experience in end-to-end development of MVPs, internal tools, prototypes, or customer-facing applications.
• A mindset focused on productization rather than solely on prototyping.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and converting incomplete ideas into clear, executable systems.
• Strong ownership and a bias towards execution.

• Experience developing enterprise applications, internal platforms, copilots, workflow tools, or AI-native products.
