Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy planned software tool changes.
• Carefully follow section change control processes to resolve approved modifications.
• Provide comprehensive global user support via phone, email, Webex, instant messaging, and one-on-one interactions.
• Manage user account creation, maintenance, and access controls securely.
• Develop and deliver training materials for the global Ford community.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in appropriate user manuals and media.
• Actively participate in User Forum meetings to foster collaboration.
