Position: Veeva eQMS Developer (MIR/LIR/SIR and CAPA)
Location: PAN India (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Veeva eQMS Developer to join our team for a contract-based implementation program. In this role, you will work under the leadership of the client Quality Veeva team to develop and maintain solution architecture, system administration, security protocols, and operational procedures across the Veeva Vault Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• CAPA & Compliance Modules: Develop custom solutions for eQMS modules including Change Control (MIR/LIR/SIR), Complaints Handling (CAPA), and Regulatory Intelligence, ensuring seamless automation of workflows.
• Biz-Tech Coordination: Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications while strictly adhering to IT security and Data Integrity standards.
• Validation & Documentation: Partner with the Validation team to prepare Regulatory Applicability Assessments (RAA) and Regulatory Risk Assessments (RRA). Document comprehensive user stories, system designs, and configuration specs.
• Solutions Development: Build cloud-based solutions using Veeva Vault functionalities (metadata structures, security settings, workflows) tailored for GxP environments.
• Integration Expertise: Develop APIs (REST/SOAP), XML handlers, and integrations with enterprise systems like SAP or Salesforce to enhance system capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Veeva Mastery: Deep experience configuring Veeva Vault QMS applications within GxP environments. Prior certification in Veeva is highly preferred, along with hands-on SDK coding experience as a significant plus.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong command of Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and REST/SOAP API development.
• Lifecycle Management: Proven track record in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for delivering validated systems. Familiarity with configuration vs. customization strategies is essential.
