Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and design systems.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Optimize user journeys to improve engagement, usability, and conversion rates.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and design standards across all platforms.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously enhance the product experience.
• Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly design implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design techniques.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end design concepts is a plus.
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail with strong time management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Applications, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or web/mobile interface design.
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital platforms will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong portfolios and creative design skills may also apply.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
