We are seeking a talented and versatile UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role requires a blend of strong systems thinking, sharp UX instincts, and excellent visual design skills. You will be instrumental in moving seamlessly from complex problem-solving to pixel-perfect execution, shaping user experiences that are both intuitive and engaging.

What You'll Do:

• Research-Led Design: Utilize research, insights, and data to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
• Problem-Solving: Translate user needs and business objectives into scalable, user-friendly design solutions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create clear user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Iterative Design: Validate designs through usability testing and prototyping, driving continuous product improvement.
• Visual Design Craft: Design visually appealing, pixel-perfect interfaces with a keen eye for typography, spacing, and visual harmony.
• Design System Development: Build and maintain cohesive design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components for consistency.
• Interaction Design: Implement micro-interactions, motion design, and transitions to enhance usability and emotional connection.
• Narrative Design: Craft compelling, story-driven designs that guide users with clarity and intention.
• Responsive Design: Develop adaptive and responsive interfaces for various platforms and screen sizes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX, content, product, technology, and leadership teams from concept to launch.
• Tool Proficiency: Leverage Figma, FigJam, and AI tools to accelerate design processes and execution.
