UX/UI designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Naraina, Delhi. The role involves designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for websites and applications. You will be responsible for understanding user behavior, creating wireframes and prototypes, and developing visually appealing interfaces.

Key responsibilities include designing user-centered interfaces, creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, conducting user research and usability testing, and collaborating with developers, marketing teams, and project managers. You will also ensure design consistency, optimize designs for responsiveness across devices, and improve existing products based on user feedback and analytics. Creating design guidelines and UI components for consistent branding is also part of the role.

Required skills include a strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and User Interface (UI) design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first design is expected. A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is preferred.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field. We require 1–2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, though freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply. A strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframes, and final UI designs is mandatory.

Preferred skills include knowledge of usability testing tools and experience in designing for websites or mobile apps. Understanding of conversion-focused design is important for marketing websites.

This is a full-time, in-person position. The monthly salary ranges from ₹12,455.86 to ₹30,742.38. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and paid time off.
