UX/UI Designer + Graphic

Devobyte OPC Pvt. Ltd., based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is actively recruiting a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI & Graphic Designer. This full-time position requires a minimum of one year of professional experience and offers a salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative designer who can craft intuitive user interfaces, compelling user experiences, and visually stunning graphics for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for creating user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities

UX/UI Design:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing.
• Maintain design system consistency and adhere to style guides.

Graphic Design:

• Create engaging graphics for social media, marketing, and branding.
• Design logos, banners, brochures, presentations, and other visual assets.
• Partner with the marketing team on brand promotions and creative concepts.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to translate requirements into user-centric designs.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design and UX principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and creativity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Graphic Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX and design work is mandatory.
