Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to craft seamless, intuitive, and aesthetically compelling user experiences for our web and mobile platforms. This role involves close collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate innovative ideas into user-centric digital solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI layouts for both web and mobile applications.
• Conduct thorough user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into effective design solutions that address user needs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features.
• Maintain and evolve the existing design system to ensure consistent branding and user experience across all platforms.
• Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize the user experience.
• Create visually appealing and engaging interfaces that align with our brand guidelines.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a preference for experience in EdTech or consumer applications.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma (primary tool), Adobe XD, or similar design software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience working with EdTech platforms or online marketplaces.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate better collaboration with development teams.
• Experience with motion design or creating micro-interactions.
