UX Researcher

Roles & Responsibilities:
The User Researcher will generate deep, psychology-backed insights into user behavior within fintech. You will apply behavioral science to uncover latent needs for design and strategy.

• Conduct moderated/unmoderated interviews using frameworks like Prospect Theory.
• Design quantitative studies based on models such as TPB or Big Five Personality Traits.
• Synthesize data into personas, journey maps, and behavioral frameworks.
• Test UI/UX prototypes for usability validation.
• Own end-to-end research execution including recruitment and insight storytelling.

Additional Accountabilities:

• Partner with design/product teams to convert insights into bias-aware recommendations.
• Monitor trends like hyperbolic discounting through ethnographic research.
• Support KPIs such as conversion, engagement, and retention.

Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a Behavioral Researcher with 2-7 years of experience. Mandatory requirements include expertise in behavioral science principles (Cognitive Bias, System 1 & 2 Thinking), hands-on research methods (ethnography, surveys), and data analysis skills.

• Experience analyzing user behavior patterns to influence product design.
• Candidates from B2C consumer organizations or institutes with behavioral research exposure are preferred.
• This is a Design Thinking–oriented role requiring under 28 years of age.
