UX Designer

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our flagship talent acquisition platform.

Primary Focus

• You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to craft intuitive, efficient, and engaging interfaces that meet the needs of HR professionals and hiring managers.
• Your primary focus will be on designing user-centered solutions that facilitate seamless recruitment workflows, improve usability, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing complex, enterprise-level SaaS platforms, preferably in HR, recruitment, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions and advocating for users.
• Experience working in Agile development environments with fast-paced project cycles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interfaces for our talent acquisition platform, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals, user requirements, and technical constraints.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed design specifications to effectively communicate ideas and facilitate development.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating iterative improvements.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across the platform.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and accurately implemented.
• Monitor user feedback and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.

Benefits

Greenhouse Software offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 USD. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for performance-based bonuses, comprehensive health insurance plans, retirement savings options, and generous paid time off.
