About the Role
MeridianLink seeks a talented UX Designer to join our Product organization. This role is ideal for those passionate about solving complex design challenges and creating intuitive, scalable digital experiences in financial services within the United States market.
Your Impact
You will primarily design for B2B enterprise users (financial institutions) while shaping experiences that impact end consumers (B2B2C). Your work streamlines critical financial workflows through thoughtful UI and interaction design. You will own the full design lifecycle, leveraging emerging AI-powered UX processes to enhance our lending experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute across the product lifecycle from discovery to final specifications.
- Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive experiences for B2B users and consumers.
- Create scalable design systems, components, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align user needs with business goals.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) and automation tools (e.g., Make) for ideation and workflow efficiency.
