UX Designer (Senior)
Infogain is seeking a passionate Senior UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in understanding user needs, defining seamless user journeys, and designing engaging interfaces that elevate usability and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive user research, interviews, and usability studies.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to understand user perspectives.
- Analyze user behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
UX Design & Prototyping
- Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Define clear user flows, intuitive navigation patterns, and effective information architecture.
- Ensure all designs are user-friendly, consistent, and adhere to best practices.
UI Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with UI designers to maintain visual consistency and usability.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and established design standards.
Usability & Testing
- Conduct rigorous usability testing and gather actionable feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Optimize user experiences to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Cross-Platform Experience
- Design for web, mobile, and responsive platforms, ensuring a consistent experience across all devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure smooth and accurate implementation.
Accessibility & Standards
- Ensure designs comply with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Champion inclusive design practices to cater to diverse user needs.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Clearly present design concepts and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
- Actively participate in design reviews and feedback sessions.
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Proven experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development concepts.
Good to Have
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools or UX automation.
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization.
