Your Mission:

• Engage in strategic thinking, analysis, and iteration to drive design excellence.
• Embrace feedback and criticism with resilience and an open spirit.
• Review and refine wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps, ensuring adherence to Lollypop's high standards and client requirements.
• Contribute to the scoping of design efforts, including Level of Effort (LOE), Statement of Work (SOW), and proposals.
• Maintain a meticulous eye for detail in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, and visualization.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all project expectations and deliverables.
• Develop a deep understanding of both client needs and user behaviors.
• Apply strategic design thinking to solve real-world problems effectively.
• Prioritize usability, minimalism, and simplicity in all design endeavors.

Superpowers You Will Need:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional UX design experience.
• Proficiency in core UX methodologies including research, interviews, persona development, task analysis, sitemap creation, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior designers on emerging design trends.
• Skill in reviewing team members' work and fostering a positive team environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of team responsibilities and project deliverables.
• Capability to work autonomously while also motivating team members to take ownership of their respective tasks.
