UX designer

Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role reports to the Manager and involves a shift timing of 3 PM to 11 PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Translate user concepts into intuitive wireframes and mock-ups that enhance user experiences.
• Design and deliver high-quality wireframes and mock-ups.
• Employ a user-centric design approach, incorporating rapid testing and iteration.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new product functions and features.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Adapt designs to align with the broader application theme and continuously improve user experience.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in user-centered design and testing methodologies, understanding of subsystems, usability, and accessibility.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and design comprehensive user experiences that align with product needs and vision.
• Extensive experience in applying UX design best practices to develop solutions, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
• Strong ability to clearly and effectively communicate and document design processes, ideas, and solutions.
• Openness to receiving and incorporating feedback and constructive criticism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of UX design experience, with at least 2 years focused on designing complex solutions and screens.

Technical Stack:

• Expertise in UX design software such as Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience with web-based platforms.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
