UX Designer - Bengaluru / Bangalore, India at HP

HP is seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team in Bengaluru / Bangalore, India. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience of our products and services. You will be responsible for designing and enhancing the overall journey users have when interacting with our systems, applying user-centered design principles to create seamless flows, intuitive interfaces, and engaging interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze user experience solutions for products and service lines, adhering to established design principles and strategy.
• Conduct user experience testing and gather data according to research plans, reporting findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement aspects of user experience design plans, specifications, and reusable design elements for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outsourced development partners on UX design and development.
• Work with user experience research teams to create prototypes for usability tests and user research.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that foster intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure correct implementation of branding and illustrations within products and other experiences.
• Participate as a member of a project team to develop high-quality user experience solutions for low to moderately complex projects.
• Communicate closely with the experience design team to ensure designs meet requirements and quality standards.

Education & Experience:

• A four-year or Graduate Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2-4 years of relevant work experience in design principles, human factors engineering, social sciences research, or a related field.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Agile Methodology, CSS, Design Thinking, Figma, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Invision, Product Design, Prototyping, Usability, Usability Testing, User Experience (UX), UX Design, User Flows, User Interface (UI), UI Design, User Research, User-Centered Design, and Visual Design.
• Strong skills in wireframing.
