UX Designer

Jetbro is seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences for enterprise-grade procurement and business applications. Your focus will be on enhancing clarity, usability, and workflow efficiency for daily users within operations, finance, and supply-chain teams, rather than on purely visual aesthetics.

As a UX Designer, your primary objective will be to simplify these complex user experiences, reduce cognitive load, and empower users to complete tasks swiftly, accurately, and with confidence. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform intricate requirements into intuitive and effective interfaces. This position is ideal for individuals who excel at structured thinking, possess a deep understanding of enterprise users, and believe that great UX is about removing obstacles, not simply adding visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive end-to-end user experiences for web-based enterprise applications.
• Translate complex business workflows and functional requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with product managers to define user flows, manage edge cases, and specify system behavior.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible, maintain consistency, and are implemented accurately.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX patterns to ensure scalability and coherence across applications.
• Strategize for and design error states, empty states, and role-based user experiences prevalent in enterprise software.
• Participate actively in usability reviews and iterate on designs based on user feedback and behavioral data.
• Maintain a balance between user needs, business objectives, project timelines, and technical constraints.

Mandatory Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated UX design experience, with a preference for roles involving workflow-heavy or B2B applications.
• A strong grasp of UX fundamentals, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
• Proven experience designing web applications with complex workflows, such as detailed forms, approval processes, dynamic dashboards, and sophisticated filtering mechanisms.
• Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools like Figma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with product management and engineering teams.
• The ability to articulate design decisions clearly, grounding them in logic and usability principles.
• Comfort and aptitude for designing in function-first environments where clarity and efficiency are paramount over purely aesthetic considerations.
• Experience with role-based systems, multi-step processes, or enterprise SaaS platforms.

Good To Have:

• Exposure to developing and utilizing design systems and component-driven UI frameworks.
• An understanding of frontend development constraints, particularly within React-based systems.
• Familiarity with designing data-intensive interfaces, including tables, advanced filters, reports, and analytics dashboards.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• Previous experience within procurement, ERP, finance, or supply chain management systems.
• Awareness of accessibility standards and keyboard-first interaction patterns for enterprise applications.
