Cyber Security Identity & Access Management Analyst
Summary
We are seeking an Analyst (U1) for our Technology & Digital Services team, specifically within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) function at Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited. This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Work Shift Details
- The role requires working 9-hour shifts, with timings varying based on business needs.
- Typical shift hours are 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST or 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
- Flexibility for rotating shifts is essential.
- Willingness to work on USI holidays and be on-call during weekends is required when business needs arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform systems administration and management.
- Engage in customer liaison, housekeeping, and documentation tasks.
- Manage the user lifecycle, including provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Execute group management and administer access rights effectively.
- Handle Exchange administration and enforce IT security policies.
- Provide expert advice and support to the business on IAM best practices.
- Utilize excellent verbal and listening communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong written communication and presentation abilities.
- Effectively communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional image and show keen interest in industry trends.
The Team
This role is part of the IT Services Team within UK Internal Client Services. The team focuses on user and systems administration, as well as data access management, with a specific emphasis on Identity and Access Management (I&AM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Active Directory administration.
- Understanding of preventing data leakage and implementing access segregation using technology.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or HP Service Desk.
- Ability to assist in developing documentation and supporting operational processes.
- Familiarity with migration issues and how directory technologies interface.
- Capability to communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting; ability to learn and develop scripts.
- Experience with LDAP queries and SQL scripting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in core Microsoft packages.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange services, and Folder Share Security.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and Lotus Notes.
- Experience in identity management, including ACL permissioning and managing large data/folder structures.
- Contribution to the creation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and operational documentation.
