Deloitte Consulting is seeking an Analyst for its Artificial Intelligence & Engineering practice in Hyderabad, India.

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products within deadlines, leveraging proficiency in technologies beyond core skills to enhance project outcomes. You will proactively identify and communicate issues or risks, adapt to project-specific tools, and gain understanding of client business processes. This role involves supporting process improvements, automation, and innovation, while maintaining up-to-date project documentation, tracking delivery metrics, and leading knowledge-sharing sessions. You will also participate in team building, defect management, compliance activities, and contribute to the development of tools and innovative solutions.

About the AI & Data Team:

The AI & Data offering provides comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We empower clients to innovate and enhance their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, enabling them to mature and scale effectively. Our professionals collaborate with clients to:

• Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms, including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data, leveraging cloud, edge, and AI/ML technologies.
• Utilize automation, cognitive, and AI-based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios, and prescribe actions.
• Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading data ecosystems and application platforms, providing continuous insights and enhancements through As-a-Service models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute ETL testing (Informatica Power Center) and Data Warehouse testing (ETL and BI).
• Perform database testing with strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and Snowflake.
• Write complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Develop and maintain test data for ETL processes.
• Design and execute test cases for ETL processes and data integration.
• Document test results and report on ETL testing status.
• Contribute to test strategy, release-level test plans, and test cases within an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in ETL testing (Informatica Power Center).
• Strong experience in Data Warehouse testing (ETL and BI).
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in writing complex data validation SQL queries.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience creating test strategy, release-level test plans, and test cases.
• Ability to develop and maintain test data for ETL testing.
• Skills in designing and executing test cases for ETL processes and data integration.
• Experience in documenting test results and communicating status to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Rally, Jira, and HP ALM.
• Experience with ETL automation and data validation using Python.
• Exposure to data migration from on-premise data warehouses to Snowflake Cloud Platform.

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
