About the Role

• Design intuitive user interfaces for vehicle dashboards and operational management systems.
• Develop wireframes, detailed mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Enhance the user experience across both internal tools and external partner-facing applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and operations.
• Manage design features from initial concept through to final handoff for development.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Solid understanding of usability principles, effective layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully owning and completing at least one project from start to finish.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive design improvements.
• Proficiency with current design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• A collaborative spirit, with the ability to thrive in a team setting and meet tight deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
