About the Role

Join Stryker's Mako Robotics team to design intuitive software experiences for robotic-assisted orthopedic surgery. As a Staff-level User Interface and Experience Designer, you will develop high-quality interfaces supporting hip replacement applications (THA) and next-generation technologies.

Your Responsibilities

• Design visually consistent software interfaces using Figma, creating interactive prototypes and production-ready specifications for Total Hip Arthroplasty workflows.
• Analyze complex clinical requirements to translate them into accessible, functional user experiences that balance technical feasibility with design excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product owners, and researchers in a distributed Agile environment to drive deliverables from concept through implementation for Mako hip, knee, and shoulder applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of professional experience in software product design with proficiency in Figma design systems.
• Strong skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to create visual assets and instructional graphics.
