Role Overview
We are seeking a UX Designer with a strong user-centric approach, data awareness, and a passion for creating intuitive and delightful digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to devise solutions that effectively balance user needs with business objectives across both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end UX design for critical product lifecycles, from discovery and reservation to post-dining engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to pinpoint user pain points and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate research insights into actionable wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define problem statements, establish success metrics, and shape UX strategy.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering teams to ensure the high-quality implementation of designs.
• Maintain and advance EazyDiner's design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Leverage data, analytics, and experimentation to continuously optimize user experiences.
• Champion UX best practices and elevate the design standards across the entire organization.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer; experience in consumer tech or marketplace environments is advantageous.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating strong user-centered design thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web products.
• Proficiency in leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• A solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• The ability to clearly articulate design decisions to diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with various UX research methods and usability testing tools.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
• Exposure to design systems and accessibility standards.
• A background in consumer apps, food tech, travel, or e-commerce is a plus.
