User Experience Designer

Hudle, a dynamic sports tech company in Delhi, India, is seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join its mission of promoting active sports as a lifestyle. This role involves designing exceptional mobile-first experiences for Android and iOS, with adaptable web solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into seamless user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The position requires end-to-end ownership of features, from initial problem discovery through to execution and iterative improvements. Responsibilities include crafting intuitive app navigation, interactions, and handling edge cases like loading, error, and empty states. You will contribute to and maintain scalable mobile-first design systems that extend to web. Design validation through prototypes, user feedback, and product data is crucial. Close partnership with engineering teams is expected to ensure high-quality implementation. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in mobile app design and responsive web design, with strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools. A solid understanding of mobile UX principles, platform guidelines, and responsive layouts is essential. You should be adept at thinking in terms of user journeys and system-level experiences, and comfortable working with product and engineering teams. Excellent communication skills and a bias for shipping are highly valued. A portfolio showcasing impactful mobile-first product design is required.
