User Experience Designer

Zoho is seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our innovative team in Chennai, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive, user-centered, and delightful digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform innovative ideas into engaging and effective product designs. By analyzing user behavior and feedback, you will continuously contribute to the enhancement of our product suite, ensuring high standards of usability, accessibility, and brand consistency. This is a permanent position for a UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate requirements and wireframes into high-fidelity, polished designs.
• Conduct user behavior analysis and leverage feedback to iterate and improve user experiences.
• Champion usability, accessibility, and brand consistency across all designs.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Clearly articulate design rationale and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional UX design experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
