Huptech HR Solutions is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience for a full-time, Work-From-Office position in Ahmedabad, India. This role involves creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will conduct user research, design user-friendly interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional designs that enhance usability and align with brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research:

• Conduct user research using surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand target audience needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Gather insights to inform design decisions for optimal user experience.

User Experience Design:

• Create user personas and user flows to map out the ideal user journey.
• Design wireframes and prototypes to visualize product layout and functionality.
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions and workflows.
• Ensure seamless navigation and usability to maximize user satisfaction.

User Interface Design:

• Design visually appealing interfaces that resonate with the brand identity and target audience.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and designs using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Select color schemes, typography, and visual elements to enhance aesthetics and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
