Job Overview

SAP is seeking a highly motivated User Experience Design Specialist to join our Cloud ERP UX Application Design Industries team in Gurgaon, India. This role involves conceptualizing and designing user experiences for our diverse industry solutions, including Life Sciences, Energy and Natural Resources, Utilities, Agriculture and Commodities, Discrete, and Sports & Entertainment.

What You'll Do

• Define user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows, ensuring adherence to design standards.
• Conduct and collaborate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop scalable and consistent design concepts for end-users.
• Collaborate proactively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and user assistance teams.
• Perform user experience testing on developed applications for continuous improvement.
• Translate complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine and enhance user experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in UX design.

What You Bring

• 4-7 years of experience in UX design, preferably within enterprise software.
• A proven track record of delivering user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts and rationale.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
