Role & Responsibilities

• Outbound Client Engagement: Make high-impact outbound calls to potential US-based clients to introduce our specialized US taxation and financial services.
• Value Communication: Clearly explain our service offerings, pricing structures, and unique advantages to prospective clients.
• Inquiry Handling & Conversion: Address client questions professionally, handle initial objections, and guide them toward signing up for our services.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Strategic Follow-ups: Actively nurture and follow up with warm leads who have expressed interest to ensure high conversion rates.
• Team Collaboration: Share market insights, winning pitches, and best practices with the team.
• Shift Adaptability: Work comfortably within our shift model (6 months night shift followed by 6 months morning shift) to align with US client engagement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Core Requirement: We are actively looking for experienced US taxation callers or international BPO sales professionals who understand US market communication.
• Communication: Exceptional, fluent English speaking and listening skills.
• Skill Set: Confident, persuasive, target-driven, and capable of handling international clients with professionalism.
• Location & Interview: Must be able to work from our office in Amirpet, Hyderabad. (Walk-in options available for candidates with stellar communication skills!)
