Full Job Description

Novel Office is seeking a driven US Sales Manager to spearhead acquisition, sales, and broker relationship management for both luxury and affordable housing segments in the United States. This remote or hybrid role, based in Bengaluru (Marathahalli), involves a comprehensive sales cycle including lead generation, property sourcing, cold calling, pipeline management, in-depth market research, and close coordination with internal teams to achieve significant residential sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with residential real estate brokers, wholesalers, and agents across various US markets.
  • Generate high-quality leads through proactive outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, social media networking (Facebook, LinkedIn), and digital research.
  • Source and identify suitable properties by leveraging broker networks and conducting thorough market research.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and foster robust relationships with brokers and prospective buyers to uncover and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Develop and meticulously manage a structured sales pipeline, encompassing short, medium, and long-term goals, aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Actively support client discussions, deliver compelling property presentations, and skillfully navigate negotiation processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with design, projects, and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment between client needs and project delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive residential market research, including tracking pricing trends and monitoring competitor activities within the US market.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and generate periodic sales performance reports.
  • Oversee smooth client servicing and post-sales coordination to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 0-3 years of professional experience in Residential Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or Luxury Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree; an MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related field is considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and manage client interactions with confidence.
  • A strong target-oriented mindset coupled with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to US market requirements and working hours, as needed.
  • A basic understanding of the US residential real estate market is preferred.
