About the Role

Sira Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 1 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the entire recruitment life cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, and successfully placing qualified technical professionals across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand job requirements provided by US clients or account managers.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and effectively schedule technical interviews.
• Negotiate pay rates with candidates and confirm their availability for roles.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of IT professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure adherence to and understanding of different US hiring models, such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
• Solid understanding of US work authorizations, including H1B, GC, OPT, and CPT.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various job portals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with major implementation partners such as HCL, Tech Mahindra, or Capgemini.
• Knowledge of key IT domains including Cloud, DevOps, Java, and Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, with Orwin being a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
