Join Apple as a Genius in our service team. You will troubleshoot and repair Apple hardware and software, resolve customer concerns with empathy and expertise, and provide exceptional service that empowers customers to get the most out of their products.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain extensive knowledge of all Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to ensure high-quality repairs.
• Support customers with product or software issues using comprehensive tools and resources.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for both hardware and software solutions.
• Educate customers on relevant ways to buy while presenting personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and share feedback to improve services.
• Serve as a mentor, resource, and role model for Genius Bar team members.
