Shift Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Job Location: Kharadi and Magarpatta, Pune

Note: This position is open to male candidates only.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Source and screen profiles through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage the offer process, documentation, and candidate communication.
  • Utilize HR systems such as Workday and leave portals.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
  • Facilitate employee induction and ensure a smooth joining experience.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for system access, seating arrangements, and ID creation.
  • Update new hires in Workday and ensure accurate employee data entry.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and update HR systems, including Workday.
  • Manage employee lifecycle transactions (job changes, transfers, exits) in Workday.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly HR MIS reports and Excel trackers using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Support payroll inputs and maintain HR documentation.
  • Assist employees with queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, etc.

4. Leave & Attendance Management

  • Monitor employee attendance and leave applications through the Leave Portal.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and timely updates of leave balances.
  • Address employee queries related to leave policies and approvals.
  • Coordinate with managers for leave escalations when required.

5. Background Verification

  • Coordinate with external vendors for pre-employment background checks.
  • Review and track the progress of BGV reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation and resolve any discrepancies.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS and Leave Management systems is preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, documentation, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA (HR) / MSW / LLB or equivalent degree.
  • 16 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations is mentioned, but the provided experience level is 1-5 years. This might be a typo and should be reviewed.
