Shift Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Job Location: Kharadi and Magarpatta, Pune
Note: This position is open to male candidates only.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Source and screen profiles through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the offer process, documentation, and candidate communication.
- Utilize HR systems such as Workday and leave portals.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
- Facilitate employee induction and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for system access, seating arrangements, and ID creation.
- Update new hires in Workday and ensure accurate employee data entry.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems, including Workday.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions (job changes, transfers, exits) in Workday.
- Prepare weekly/monthly HR MIS reports and Excel trackers using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Support payroll inputs and maintain HR documentation.
- Assist employees with queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, etc.
4. Leave & Attendance Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave applications through the Leave Portal.
- Ensure accurate tracking and timely updates of leave balances.
- Address employee queries related to leave policies and approvals.
- Coordinate with managers for leave escalations when required.
5. Background Verification
- Coordinate with external vendors for pre-employment background checks.
- Review and track the progress of BGV reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and resolve any discrepancies.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS and Leave Management systems is preferred.
- Good understanding of HR processes, documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA (HR) / MSW / LLB or equivalent degree.
- 16 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations is mentioned, but the provided experience level is 1-5 years. This might be a typo and should be reviewed.
