About the Role:

Probus Insurance Broker is actively seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for the development and advancement of our AI-driven platforms. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills in machine learning and artificial intelligence, capable of building scalable AI solutions. Your responsibilities will span data analysis, model creation, integration, and deployment, all aimed at driving significant business value through our AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and build AI models and algorithms from inception.
• Implement AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing business systems to improve functionality and user engagement.
• Oversee data flow and infrastructure to ensure efficient AI deployment.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to align AI strategies with overarching organizational objectives.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and AI systems.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI components into broader system architectures.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and propose enhancements for current systems and workflows.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience with machine learning, deep learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and R.
• Solid understanding of various AI frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a strong ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
