Network Support Engineer (Level 1) - Urgent Hiring in Noida

Mount Talent Consulting is urgently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Network Support Engineer (Level 1) to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on providing essential technical assistance and support to end-users within a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to user-reported issues and service requests via in-person or remote assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware problems concerning desktops, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals.
• Diagnose and fix software issues, including operating system errors, application malfunctions, and network connectivity challenges.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or network support role.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and fundamental networking concepts.
• Experience utilizing ticketing systems and remote support tools is highly desirable.
