Umbraco Developer – ASP.NET Core

We are seeking an experienced Umbraco Developer proficient in ASP.NET Core to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience designing and maintaining web applications using Umbraco CMS (preferably v13/17) and modern .NET practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom Umbraco components, Document Types, Block Grids, Lists, and reusable templates.
- Build backend functionality with C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
- Customize the Umbraco backoffice for content workflows and user permissions.
- Integrate REST APIs, authentication services, payment gateways, and marketing platforms.
- Implement frontend features using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript (React or Next.js preferred).
- Configure search functionality via Umbraco Examine/Lucene.
- Manage Azure environments (App Service, SQL Database) and set up CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
AI Development Requirement:
Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to critically review, validate, and secure AI-generated code while adhering to best practices.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years overall experience (3+ in C#/.NET/Umbraco).
- Strong grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and security protocols.
- Proficiency with Git branching strategies and collaborative workflows.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and containerized deployment.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Umbraco 17+, Headless CMS architectures, Docker/Terraform, xUnit/NUnit testing frameworks, and AI service integrations.

Salary Range:₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month.
