• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for UK & Europe clients
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networking
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
• Understand client requirements and deliver high-quality profiles within deadlines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UK/Europe IT Recruitment
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
