UI/Visual Designer

Solvative is seeking a creative and forward-thinking UI/Visual Designer to join our development center in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This role focuses on crafting visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You will translate complex ideas into elegant designs, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of human behavior, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. Motion graphics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually stunning and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to bring wireframes and ideas to life with pixel-perfect precision.
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components for consistent visual identity.
• Apply strong foundations in color, typography, hierarchy, and layout for balanced, modern visuals.
• Ensure visual consistency across all products.
• (Bonus) Enhance user engagement through motion graphics and micro-interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Expertise in creating high-quality, aesthetically refined interfaces with attention to usability.
• Solid understanding of grid systems, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into clean, engaging, and production-ready designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end visual design and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS).
• Knowledge of branding, iconography, and illustration principles.
