UI/UX Designer - Techostinger India Private Limited - Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Techostinger India Private Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer for their Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh location. This full-time, in-person role requires 2-3 years of experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing digital products for web and mobile applications, with a strong foundation in user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly UI layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance product experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ensure design consistency through robust design systems and style guides.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Demonstrated experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects is essential.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
