Role Overview

Afterconcepts is seeking a motivated User Interface (UI) Designer Intern for an on-site position in New Delhi. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects. The UI Designer Intern will be instrumental in creating compelling visual designs, interactive mockups, and intuitive user interfaces. Collaboration with our development team will be essential to ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences (UX).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity visual designs and user interface mockups.
• Translate design concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement designs effectively.
• Contribute to user research and innovation efforts.
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in User Interface Design and Visual Design.
• A portfolio showcasing 1-3 projects with experience in design, research, and innovation.
• Familiarity with creating mockups and an understanding of front-end development principles.
• A strong grasp of User Experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and thrive in a team environment.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch is highly desirable. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
