Busybox Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphics Designer to join our team in New Town, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces, enhancing user experience, and creating visually compelling graphic assets across web and mobile platforms. You should be passionate about design, stay updated with the latest design trends, and be able to turn complex ideas into intuitive and engaging visual experiences.

Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces that align with product goals and brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to enhance user journeys.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility across all devices.

Graphics Design

• Design banners, brochures, social media creatives, infographics, and other marketing materials.
• Develop brand identity elements such as logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
• Edit and retouch images for use in web and print media.
• Maintain consistency in all visual design elements across platforms.
