UI/UX & Graphic Designer - Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Cevious Technologies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, exceptional visual aesthetics, and branding expertise. Your role will involve crafting intuitive user experiences, engaging user interfaces, and high-quality graphic assets for a variety of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct foundational user research to inform and translate insights into effective design solutions.
• Create a range of graphics, including banners, icons, illustrations, social media content, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain consistency in branding elements, including colors, typography, and overall design standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing specialists.
• Enhance existing designs based on user feedback and usability testing outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience with design systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing both UI/UX and graphic design work is a mandatory requirement.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design methodologies.
