We are building a next-generation Logistics Technology Platform, including a Trucking Management System (TMS), Driver Mobile App, and Big Garage (Fleet Maintenance Platform). Our mission is to digitize and simplify logistics operations for carriers, owner-operators, brokers, and mechanics through intuitive and scalable software.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a UI/UX Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to bridge the gap between design and development. You will craft intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is vital, as our products serve dispatchers requiring fast decision-making dashboards, drivers needing simple mobile workflows, and fleet owners/mechanics who rely on data-heavy interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design: Design clean, modern, and highly usable interfaces for our TMS, Driver mobile app, and Big Garage platform. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring consistent design systems across all products.
2. User Experience Optimization: Deeply understand logistics workflows (dispatch, routing, maintenance) to improve load booking, driver trip sheets, and maintenance processes. Reduce user friction and enhance overall efficiency.
3. Front-End Implementation: Translate designs into responsive, production-ready UI. Collaborate closely with backend developers for API integration and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
4. Design System & Scalability: Build and maintain a robust design system/component library, standardizing colors, typography, components, and interaction patterns. Ensure scalability as new modules are introduced.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA/Testers. Participate actively in feature planning, sprint discussions, and usability improvements.
6. User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing with dispatchers, drivers, and fleet managers. Gather feedback and rapidly iterate on designs.

Required Skills:

• Design: Strong experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user journey mapping.
• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Experience with React.js is preferred, along with responsive and mobile-first design experience.
• UX Thinking: Ability to simplify complex workflows and experience designing data-heavy dashboards. A strong problem-solving mindset is essential.

Preferred Experience (Highly Valuable for our TMS):

• Experience in logistics, fleet management, or SaaS products.
• Experience with B2B platforms.
• Designing maps & route-based interfaces, and real-time tracking dashboards.
• Understanding of driver behavior, mobile usability, and operational tools (dispatch, maintenance).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with design systems like Material UI.
• Basic knowledge of API handling, performance optimization, and animation/micro-interaction skills.
