Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX - Digital Experience Designer & Automation Specialist to join our team. You will support the definition of user experiences across Allianz Vehicle Intelligence solutions, leveraging AI and design technologies to drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, dashboards, and visual concepts to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Gather requirements balancing usability, functionality, and performance while applying Allianz UX standards.
• Create presentations, newsletters, graphics, videos, and digital assets for stakeholder engagement.
• Iterate designs based on testing, analytics, and feedback; maintain documentation and visual templates.
• Implement dashboards and process automation using Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

You should have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or related disciplines with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, PowerPoint, and AI tools. Deep expertise in data visualization (Power BI) and automation solutions is required.
