Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer / Designer with over 2 years of experience in crafting clean, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, user-centric interfaces for web applications and ERP-style systems.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and final production-ready UI designs.
• Collaborate effectively with frontend developers within a component-based architecture.
• Establish and maintain UI consistency through the development and application of design systems and style guides.
• Translate complex business and user requirements into elegant and effective design solutions.
• Optimize designs for enhanced usability, accessibility, and optimal performance.
• Create reusable, developer-friendly UI components to streamline development processes.
• Engage in usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Champion the ongoing enhancement of the product's user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or development.
• Solid foundational knowledge of UI/UX principles, effective layout, typography, and interaction design.
• Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• A good understanding of popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Angular, or comparable technologies.
• Proven experience working within agile methodologies or fast-paced development environments.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with OWL.js (Odoo Web Library).
• Previous experience with enterprise-level software, ERP systems, or data-intensive applications.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, such as WCAG.
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Exposure to UX research methodologies and analytics tools.
