The ideal candidate will translate design concepts into functional, high-quality code, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and business goals.
• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Develop responsive and mobile-first web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
• Implement best practices for accessibility and usability.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Good understanding of web performance and optimization techniques.
• Ability to build and implement UI components using modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong attention to detail with a user-centered design approach.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in developing mobile apps for iOS/Android.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
