Precision Grow, a unit of Tech Visit IT Pvt Ltd, is seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities:

• User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics. Analyze competitor products and market trends. Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Iterate on designs based on feedback. Utilize tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• UI Design and Branding: Design visually appealing user interfaces aligned with brand identity. Ensure consistency in colors, typography, and layout. Adapt designs for responsive web and mobile platforms.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Communicate design ideas clearly through presentations and documentation. Participate in design reviews.
• Usability and Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Conduct usability and A/B testing. Improve products based on user feedback.
• Design System and Documentation: Maintain and contribute to the organization’s design system and style guides. Document design decisions and user flows.
• Attention to Detail and Quality Assurance: Review final implementations for accurate translation of designs. Identify and resolve UI issues. Conduct visual QA.
• Professionalism and Growth: Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously improve design skills.

• Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
