UI/UX Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer with a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, interface design, and usability testing. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and developers. Experience within the fintech, banking, lending, or payments sectors, or other regulated digital platforms, is highly advantageous. This is due to the unique requirements of financial products, which often necessitate simplified user journeys, robust trust signals, and adherence to privacy, security, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, responsive, and clean user interfaces for web and mobile applications, covering areas such as lending, customer onboarding, service, collections, and internal operations.
• Develop comprehensive user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Translate complex financial processes and business requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences.
• Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to identify user pain points and enhance the overall user journey.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure precise implementation of approved designs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure product-wide design consistency.
• Implement responsive design principles and accessibility best practices to guarantee usability across various devices and user demographics.
• Drive the optimization of conversion-focused user journeys, including application forms, KYC/onboarding processes, loan servicing, and payment experiences, through data-informed design improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX design or UI/UX development for web or mobile products.
• Demonstrated proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable software.
• Solid understanding of wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design, and core usability principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts to facilitate a smooth handoff to developers.
• Proven ability to design responsive interfaces suitable for both desktop and mobile environments.
• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies, A/B testing, leveraging analytics data, and implementing iterative design improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday offers Work From Home)
• Working Hours: 10:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M
