UI/UX Designer - Full-Time Opportunity in Salt Lake, Kolkata

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a proven ability to generate innovative creative concepts and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Important Note: Applicants should ideally reside in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, or Odisha.

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically within the IT industry, with a strong focus on logo design, banner creation, brochure design, and both web and mobile application design.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or a relevant course in graphic design or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• A robust portfolio showcasing your graphic design and UX design skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• An acute understanding of visual composition and aesthetic principles.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, production processes, website design best practices, corporate identity development, advertisement design, and multimedia design.
• Mandatory requirement for strong verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and plan designs by thoroughly reviewing relevant information and project materials.
• Develop and present design concepts, including mockups illustrating art arrangement, sizing, typography, and style, for client approval.
• Prepare final artwork by efficiently operating necessary design equipment and software.
• Collaborate effectively with the team, contributing to shared goals and completing tasks as required.
• Engage in clear and constructive communication with clients regarding layout and design proposals.
• Generate a broad spectrum of graphics, including UI/UX elements, product illustrations, company logos, banners, brochures, website designs, and mobile application interfaces.
• Critically review final layouts and propose enhancements to optimize design quality.
